Wishing our GEM Club winners and guests a warm welcome to Dublin!
A few miscellaneous housekeeping notes for you:
- Watch your phone for daily updates with reminders about the following day, which are typically sent mid to late afternoon.
- If you need assistance from our event staff, you can contact us using the app’s Help.
- The GEM Club Hospitality Desk will be staffed daily and after today, will be located outside the Horseshoe Bar.
- The itinerary in your app has all personalized details for the week.
- If you have trouble logging into the app, please let our staff know.
- Please wear your name badge to all group functions.
- We encourage you to upload photos to the app Gallery.
We’re excited to celebrate with you at the GEM Club Pub in The Great Room tonight starting at 7 p.m.
A few reminders for tomorrow, Friday, May 15:
- Breakfast will be available in The Great Room starting at 6:30 a.m.
- At 8:20 a.m., meet in The Great Room Foyer for your transfer to Croke Park. Spouses and guests are encouraged to attend the business meeting and lunch.
- GEM Club members and hosts should wear their team jersey, comfortable pants and sneakers. Dress in layers and bring a rain jacket.
- After lunch, GEM Club members and hosts will head to Trinity College for a Gaelic Games teambuilding event. Spouses and guests will be transferred back to the hotel.
- Please be prompt for a 6:15 p.m. departure from the Hotel Lobby for the Awards Reception & Dinner at Croke Park. Attire is Formal.
