    The hotel does not have an ATM on property. The nearest ATM is located 300 meters (less than a quarter mile) away at Alvear 1331.
  • Business Center
    A computer and printer are available for guest use 24 hours a day in the hotel lobby.
  • Cell phones
    Please check with your cell phone company regarding its roaming rates, signal and charges for using your phone and data while in Buenos Aires. You may want to arrange for a short-term rate plan to use your phone and data during your time in Argentina.

    Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Checkout time is 12:00 p.m.
  • Electricity
    • The standard voltage in Buenos Aires is 220 volts, and the standard frequency is 50 Hz. Argentine outlets are unique. The most commonly used plug type is Type I – two flat pins in a “V” shape and sometimes a third grounding pin (same plug as Australia).
    • Consider bringing a universal adapter and converter set, which has several types of plugs in one unit that can be used in several different countries. Most laptops and phone chargers are dual voltage (100-240V), meaning they require only an adapter, not a voltage converter.

    Guest room amenities include a marble bathroom, plush robes and slippers, a pillow menu, an illuminated makeup mirror, a hair dryer, working station, a refrigerated private bar, Nespresso coffee machine, an individually adjustable thermostat and a flat-screen TV.

    The hotel has doctors available on call. There are several pharmacies within walking distance of the hotel. The closest hospital to the hotel is Hospital Aleman.

    Complimentary premium Wi-Fi is available in all public areas and guest rooms.

    Express dry cleaning, laundry and pressing services are available at the hotel for a fee.
  • Hotel restaurants and bar
    Specific restaurant details can be viewed on the hotel website’s dining page. In-room dining is also available 24 hours a day.
    • Elena Restaurant – Michelin-selected two-story restaurant inspired by the historic houses of San Telmo. Elena’s concept is based on the three pillars of dry-aged meat, brasserie and charcuterie, and features Argentina’s finest meats and regional wines. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
    • Nuestro Secreto – Nestled in the garden between the hotel’s modern tower and historic mansion, this outdoor barbecue features high-quality grilled meats and an electric beverage menu. Open for lunch Wednesday – Sunday and for dinner Tuesday – Saturday.
    • Pony Line – A fun and lively lounge inspired by the sport of polo, Pony Line offers creative cocktails, excellent burgers, sandwiches, and urban bites. Open late-night 7 days a week.
  • Smoking Policy
    Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, corridors, and common areas. Non-compliant guests will be charged a substantial fee to cover the cost of cleaning and disinfecting. Designated smoking areas are available in open-air areas and outside the hotel.
  • Spa, fitness and pool
    • Cielo Spa is open daily from 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and features a steam bath, sauna, and relaxation rooms.  If you would like to reserve a spa treatment, contact the spa desk at Spa.BUE@fourseasons.com to request a menu, availability, and costs.
    • The hotel’s 24-hour fitness center will allow you to keep up with your routine while visiting Buenos Aires.
    • Unwind at the hotel’s unique outdoor, heated swimming pool. Open daily, 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Taxis, ride-sharing service and hotel car transfer services
    • Taxis and Uber are available at the hotel, airport and throughout Buenos Aires.
    • Please note that taxis must be paid in cash (Argentine pesos); credit cards are not accepted.
    • Labcorp is providing airport transfers to and from the Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires on May 2 and May 7 only.
